A group of rock and roll bands will play long into the night during an upcoming concert at Odd Fellows Hall.

On Saturday, Dec. 27, starting at 8 p.m., Blue Tarp, who play a blues-influenced form of alternative rock, Ill Divine, sporting a metal-influenced brand of progressive rock, The Flies, and Jesse and the Olga Crows will perform.

Organizers say it has been over a year since a rock concert of this size and intensity

has occurred on Orcas Island.

There is $5 entrance fee and the show is expected to run past midnight.
