Call for 'Oliver' chorus

January 22, 2013 · 12:07 PM

Director Deborah Sparks and Musical Director Pam Wright are seeking adult Village Chorus members for Orcas Center’s production of “Oliver!” There are two large group numbers – “Consider Yourself” and “Who Will Buy” to be a part of. Rehearsals begin the last week of February and will continue on Thursday evenings throughout March and part of April. Rehearsals will increase toward the end of April and beginning of May.

Performances are May 9, 10, 11 (matinee and evening), 16, 17, 18. They are also looking for artists to make individual costumes. The style of the production is non-traditional – Dickens meets Cirque Du Soliel. To get involved email sparks@orcascenter.org, 376-2281 ext. 2 or come by Orcas Center and sign up.
