San Juan Islands video contest

Visitors coming to the San Juan Islands this summer have a chance to win more than $6,000 in prizes.

The San Juan Islands Vacation Video Contest is open to videos made from time spent in the San Juans from January 1, 2009 through October 31, 2009. Unless otherwise specified, prizes are transferable and redeemable from November 1, 2009 through May 15, 2010.

To enter, people must post their videos as a video response to the “Vacation Video Contest San Juan Islands” on YouTube (www.youtube.com/watch?v=gcUSImEKXHo).

The contest is sponsored in part by each prize participant, and the Chambers of Commerce from Lopez, Orcas, and San Juan Islands, the San Juan Islands Visitors Bureau, and sanjuanislandsTV.com. Complete Contest Rules can be found online at sanjuanislandsTV.com who is managing the contest.
