Wine tasting fundraiser for Louise Sasan

A wine tasting event fundraiser will be held on Orcas on Saturday evening June 6 from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Episcopal Parish Church Parish Hall to raise funds for Louise Sasan’s breast cancer battle.

Local resident Chimo Boehm, a senior wine buyer for wine.com along with wine experts from around Washington State will present a wine and food trip around the world.

Orcas chefs and restaurants are preparing hors d'oeuvres to complement wines from the finest growing regions.

There will be a silent auction with services, art, accommodations, and goods all donated from the community.

Childcare is available at Kaleidoscope. Tickets are $30 per person and are available at Teezers Coffee Shop, Ray’s Pharmacy, and Chez Chloe.
