Orcas Island’s Weight Watchers “At Home” Support Group is back and in action on Wednesday nights in the conference room at the Senior Center.
Weigh-ins begin at 5:15 p.m. The 15-minute to half-hour meetings begin at 5:30 p.m.
Mary Ann Slabaugh, group organizer, says, “Weight Watchers is a proven, lasting life style change that helps people to lose extra and unhealthy pounds with others’ support.” Weight Watchers “At Home” materials can be ordered on line or by phone.
The island Weight Watchers support group is sponsored by the Orcas Island Senior Center. Donations are welcomed and appreciated. “The more people involved, the easier it is to attain better health. Please come join us,” said Slabaugh.
