Council and planning commission meeting on Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas

The San Juan County Council and Planning Commission will hold a joint public hearing, Friday, May 18, 8:45 a.m. in the Legislative Hearing Room, 55 Second Street, on an ordinance amending the critical area provisions of the San Juan County Code. The ordinance covers Fish and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Areas.

Written comments submitted prior to 8 a.m., May 17, will be copied for the Planning Commission and council members. For comments submitted after that time or at the meeting, submit 20 paper copies.

Videoconferencing for public comment will be at the Orcas Island Library.
